Sundar, CJ] [1] When the matter was taken up, Ms. Malemleima, learned counsel representing learned counsel on record for ‘Miscellaneous Case’ (‘MC’ for the sake of brevity and convenience) applicants very fairly submits that captioned MC was necessitated as Division Bench combination will be different on 10.09.2026 and that, that Division Bench cannot take up the main matter as one of the members of that Division Bench has made the impugned order, saying so learned counsel consented to have the matter listed on 11.09.2026 (Friday) when this combination will be the Division Bench as per roster.
