Since the witness was produced before the Court on the said date, it cannot be said that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate had violated any procedure in examining the witness. 3. It is needless to say that the petitioner is always entitled to recall the witness and cross-examine him. 4. With the above observation, the revision stands dismissed.
