This application, under Section 152 of the CPC, is preferred by the applicant for correction of the inadvertent mistake that crept in the order dated Page No.# 2/2 22.04.2026, in paragraph Nos. 2 & 3, of CRP(I/O) No. 120/2026. 3. Mr. Bharadwaj, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in paragraph Nos. 2 & 3, it has been mentioned the Misc. case numbers as Misc. (J) Case No. 11/2023 arising out of Title Execution Case No. 11/2023. But, Misc. case number ought to have been Misc. (J) Case No. 12/2025. 3.1. Accordingly, Mr. Bharadwaj has contended to make necessary correction in respect of the Misc. case number. 4. On the other hand, Ms. Paul, learned counsel for the opposite party, submits that she has no objection. 5. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, it is provided that Misc. (J) Case No. 11/2023, appearing in paragraph Nos. 2 & 3, in the order dated 22.04.2026, of CRP(IO) No. 120/2026, henceforth be read as Misc. (J) Case No. 12/2025 for all purposes. 6.
