Engaging of hired private bus for transportation of Nellore municipal corporation sanitation workers No. 349/EEJTO-il/25- participated sanitation activities in flood affectred areas of Vijayawada city to Nellore municipal corporation, Agreement no.25/24- 25,Date 04.09.2024(Rs.2,65,500/-),V. Providing conversion of tata vehicle to dogs catcher or dogs transporting vehicle no.4 (Jatayu vehicle) to ABC Center of Nellore Muncipal Coroporation, Agreement no.296/JTO- ii/2024- 25,Date 17.02.2025(Rs.2,29,567/-),Vl. GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: 4 Order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was entrusted with the works i.e., (I). Providing Major and minor repairs ,service charges to small compactor, tata intra, tata ace Jcb big compactor at for the month of August 2025 Nellore Municipal Corporation, Agreement 26, dated 05.09.2025 (Rs.4,42,406/-). (II) Providing service and supply and delivery of spare parts to the NMC Shed JMX-20 Tata intra, Tata Ace vehicles of Nellore Municipal Corporation vide, Agreement No.41A/JTO-11/2025-26, dated 12.04.2025 (Rs.4,97,961/-). (III). Supply and Delivery spare parts and providing minor and major to vehicle amall compactor, TMX20 Tata Ace tractor, Tata intra, E-Car robos fogging vehicle etc of city constituency of Nellore Municipal Corporation vide Agreement No.326/24-25, dated 19.03.25 (Rs.4,99,715/-). (IV) Engaging of hired private bus for transportation of Nellore municipal corporation sanitation workers vide Agreement No. 349/EEJTO-il/25- participated sanitation activities in flood affected areas of Vijayawada city to Nellore municipal corporation, vide Agreement no.25/24- 25, dated 04.09.2024(Rs.2,65,500/-). (V) Providing conversion of tata vehicle to dogs catcher or dogs transporting vehicle no.4 (Jatayu vehicle) to ABC Center of Nellore Muncipal Coroporation, vide Agreement no.296/JTO- ii/2024-25, dated 17.02.2025(Rs.2,29,567/-). (Vl) Supply and delivery spare parts and providing major and minor repairs to vehicle tata ACE (AP39T5952/AP39T7132/AP39T3194/AP39T5938/AP39T5928/AP39T2895/A P39T5325/AP39T7130 OF Nellore municipal corporation in the month of may 5 2025, vide Agreement No.196/JTO-ll/2025-26, dated 27.06.2025(Rs.5,00,000/-) 2. It is submitted that the petitioner had completed the works entrusted to him and that the competent authority of the respondents had also approved the payments due and payable to the petitioner. The respondents have also recorded the progress of the works and the amounts due and payable to the petitioner in the M-Book. 3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, Sri A.S.C.Bose, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning. 4. During the course of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submits that the works have been completed and that the petitioner has also submitted the final bills and the amounts due and payable to the petitioner have been duly admitted. It is submitted that further funds are awaited and that, soon after the release of the funds, the bills due and payable to the petitioner shall be cleared. 5. Recording the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to verify and release the payments due and payable to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably 6 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
