Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2026 in connection with Pathalgadda P.S. Case No. 08 of 2026, for the alleged offence registered under Section 87 of BNS pending in the court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the alleged offence is of 26.01.2026 and the First Information Report has been lodged on 31.01.2026 when the girl was found missing. It has been alleged that the petitioner aged 27 years had enticed the victim. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that it has been recorded in the impugned order itself that on the confessional statement of the petitioner the body of the victim was recovered from the well. 2026:JHHC:12190 2 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and that the body of the victim having been recovered on the confessional statement of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 6.
