Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that instant petition can be disposed of with the liberty to file a representation within a period of 7 days in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024) and Circular issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq-&1@2012).

3. This Court directs Respondent No. 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, if filed, and decide the same
