By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i. Issue a writ of Mandamus,other appropriate writ order, directions to the respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner for regularization,grant of Regular pay scale w.e.f. 19.02.2008 i.e. after completion of eight years of-continuous contractual services with all consequential benefits. ii. In Alternative Issue a writ of Mandamus other appropriate writ,order,directions to the respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner for conversion of his post i.e. as Senior TB Lab Supervisor (STLS) or its equivalent post-Health worker into RKS Society, after completion of three years (w.e.f. 19.02.2003) in terms of notification dated 28.3.2016 i.e. Annexure P-12 with all consequential benefits. Iii. Issue a writ of Mandamus other appropriate writ order, directions to the respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner for regularization grant of Regular pay scale w.e.f. the due date in terms of notification dated 28.3.2016 i.e. Annexure P-12 with all consequential benefits. 3 2026:HHC:6577-DB iv. Accordingly Issue a writ of Mandamus or other appropriate writ, order, directions to the respondents to refix the pay of the petitioner and release the services benefits,arrear along with 12% interest.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case is squarely covered by judgment of the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in CWP No. 814 of 2020, titled Mohan Singh & Ors. Vs. State of H.P. & Ors. a/w connected matters, decided on 27.10.2025. 5. On the other hand, learned Additional Advocate General submits that perusal of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench demonstrates that it had decided the cases in terms of the judgment rendered in CWP No. 4971 of 2024, titled Nitin Thakur Vs. State of H.P. & Ors., decided on 23.09.2025 and the matter is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. 6. Be that as it may, as prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the directions contained in Nitin Thakur’s case (supra) and also Mohan Singh & Ors. Vs. State of H.P. & Ors. (supra), shall apply in this case also mutatis mutandis, for all intents and purposes, of course, 4 2026:HHC:6577-DB subject to the adjudication in Nitin Thakur’s case (supra) by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
