1. The instant second bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused- applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. DRI-DZU/JRU- 19-INT-14/2025-26 registered at Police Station DRI, Jaipur for the offence(s) under Sections 8, 20, 23 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
2. Learned ASG, Mr. Bharat Vyas has marked appearance via V.C. and submitted that vide order dated 07.05.2026 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Second Bail Application No. 5193/2026 title Santosh Saha Versus Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, bail application of the co-accused under same facts was denied/dismissed.

3. However, learned counsel for the accused-applicant has objected to the same. It is submitted that the charges which are framed by the learned Trial Court are on different footing. Howsoever, the quantity which is recovered from the co-accused as well as applicant is 10.385 Kgs i.e. it has the same value.
4. Heard and considered.

Considering the overall facts of the case, and considering that no distinction is made in the stance and role attributed to the co-accused, whose bail is dismissed and the present applicant, but without commenting upon the merits/demerits of the case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-applicant on bail at this stage.
6. Accordingly, the second bail application under Section 483 BNSS is dismissed, at this stage.
