A perusal of the above would show that the 2nd respondent has ordered disconnection of the electricity connection without hearing the petitioner. 4. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions: (i)The impugned order shall be treated as a show cause notice and the petitioner shall submit his explanation to the said order. (ii)The 2nd respondent on receipt of the said explanation shall dispose of the same within a period of 2 months therefrom. (ii)It is made clear that no disconnection shall take place till such time orders are pronounced after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. 5. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
