The present bail application has been filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 293 of 2023 arising out of Angara P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022 for the offence registered under Section 364, 326, 307, 120B of the IPC, pending in the court of AJC-XVIII-cum-Spl. Judge, at Ranchi. 3. The investigation of the case under the C.I.D is in progress. Further, it has been submitted by Mrs. Sarita Kachhap, Inspector of C.I.D. Ranchi, who is the Investigating Officer of the present case, that custodial interrogation is required. 4. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail at this stage. 5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
