This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of two applications filed by the petitioner in a Partition Suit being Title Suit No.263 of 2024 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Howrah. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been enjoying ad interim order of injunction that got vacated as the petitioner could not pray for extension thereof. It is submitted that an application for recalling the order vacating the interim order granted earlier and for extension of such interim order has been filed on January 28, 2026. It is submitted that on the same day, the petitioner has also filed another application seeking a direction upon the defendant to remove CCTV cameras installed at the private places of the petitioner. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Howrah to dispose of the aforesaid two applications as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. CO 921 of 2026 stands disposed of without any order as to costs. 6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.) 2
