After some argument, leaned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail petition before the learned court. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondent State has got no objection for same. 4. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 5. It is made clear that if the petitioner moves regular bail petition before the learned court, the same will be decided in accordance with law without prejudice to this order.
