Sri Kakumanu Joji Amrutha Raju, the learned counsel for the Petitioners, submits that the Petitioners are innocent of the alleged offence and they have been falsely implicated in the alleged offence. They have not committed any offence. They are law-abiding citizens. They have got fixed abode. The Petitioners undertake to abide by any conditions that this Court may impose while granting bail to the Petitioners. Hence, it is urged to allow the petition. 3. Per contra, Mr.A.Sai Rohit, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is not completed. Some more material witnesses are to be examined. The petitioners have indulged in possession and transportation of commercial quantity of Ganja. Hence, it is urged to dismiss the petition. 3 Dr.YLR,J Crl.P.No.6186 of 2026 Dated 07.08.2026 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 5. As seen from the record, this is the second bail application filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 3. On the earlier occasion, this Court, by order dated 18.06.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.4595 of 2026, dismissed the first bail application filed by the petitioners. The petitioners were arrested on 18.04.2026 and they have been in judicial custody for the past 111 days. 6. Having regard to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the nature and gravity of the allegations levelled against the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 3, and in view of the fact that there is no change in the circumstances from the date of dismissal of the first bail application till the filing of the present (second) bail application, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 3 on bail at this juncture. Hence, this Court finds no merit in the Criminal Petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed. 7. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
