Satyanarayana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has passed away. The respondents shall also take out personal notice to the petitioner by registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service by the next date of hearing. Post on 15.10.2025.” 2. On the subsequent dates of posting, time was granted to enable the learned Government Pleader for Commercial Taxes to secure instructions with regard to whereabouts of the petitioner and in the meanwhile, notice sent through registered post is returned with an Endorsement “no such person in the address, hence returned”. 3. When the matter is taken up today, Mr.S.A.V. Sai Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Commercial Tax, on oral instructions, submits that Managing Director of the petitioner died. Be that as it may. 4. Interim order granted on 12.06.2006 was vacated on 08.02.2007 and it appears that petitioner company is not interested in pursuing the matter. 4 5. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
