The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Karu PS Case No.55 of 2022, for offence registered under section 365/34 of Indian Penal Code, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Lohardaga. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved twice before the Court in ABA Nos.6490 of 2024 and 6943 of 2025 and both the applications have been dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that twice anticipatory bail application have been dismissed as withdrawn and in absence of any fresh ground, the third anticipatory bail application has been filed and the aforesaid ABAs were dismissed as withdrawn. 5. In view of earlier withdrawal of two anticipatory bail applications and in absence of any fresh ground, this anticipatory bail application has been filed and as such this anticipatory bail application is fit to be rejected, and as such, this application is, hereby, dismissed.
