1. The present misc. application has been filed seeking extension of the interim order which was granted by this Court on account of petitioner's father ailment vide order dated 07.04.2026 and allowed the interim bail of the petitioner for 30 days till
07.05.2026. It is contended that the petitioner's father is still suffering from diagnoses with Accelerated Hypertensive Nephropathy (HIN), therefore, the period of interim bail may be extended for a month.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the verification report.
3. Heard and perused the verification report.

4. The verification report confirms the fact that petitioner's father is suffering from the said ailment, therefore, the petitioner's application for extending the interim bail is allowed.
5. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner Akash Jain S/o Shri Champalal, shall be enlarged on interim bail for a period of 30 days while extending the earlier period of interim bail, which is expiring on 07.05.2026. It is needless to say that after availing interim bail, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authority after completion of aforesaid period. The bail bonds earlier submitted would remain in force.
6. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authorities.
7. Furthermore, it is directed that in case the petitioner fails to surrender before the jail authorities within stipulated time, his bail bonds shall be forfeited and the proceedings to arrest the petitioner shall be initiated immediately by the Trial Court.
8. A copy of this order shall immediately be sent to the concerned Superintendent of Jail and Trial Court.
