Suresh, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3, Mrs. I. Bimola, learned counsel for respondent No. 4 and Mr. U. Augusta, learned counsel for respondent No. 5. [2] The present application is filed by the petitioner in main contempt case for impleading Dr. Puneet Kumar Goel, IAS, Chief Secretary (Finance), Government of Manipur as respondent No. 6 and Mr. Hari Prakash, IAAS, Principal Accountant General (A & E), Manipur as respondent No. 7. It is submitted that these two new incumbents are required for disposal of the contempt petition. [3] Learned counsel for the respondents submit that this Court may pass appropriate order. [4] This Court has considered the materials on record. The proposed respondent Nos. 6 & 7 are new incumbents for Finance Department and office of Accountant General. Accordingly, application is allowed and disposed of. Dr. Puneet Kumar Goel, IAS, Chief Secretary (Finance), Government of Manipur and Mr. Hari Prakash, IAAS, Principal Accountant General (A & E), Manipur are impleaded as respondent Nos. 6 & 7 in the contempt petition. [5] Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent Nos. 6 & 7. [6] Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 7 and prays for two weeks’ time for filing reply, if any. [7] Petitioner is directed to take step to newly impleaded respondent No. 6 and file amended memo of parties. Registry is directed to make necessary incorporation in the paper book.
