Mr. Kumar, learned Advocate General states that post the incident that took place in Tura, personnel from the RAF, CRPF and additional contingent of the State police have been deployed in the area so as to ensure that no untoward incident takes place. He states that even a flag march by the Army was conducted in two sensitive areas and that five cases have been registered till date and investigation is ongoing. 3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the said PIL. The PIL stands disposed of. (W.
