The petitioners is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Dharmasala P.S. Case No.68 of 2026 corresponding to C.T. Case No.281 of 2026 registered for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 115(2)/ 117(2)/ 118(1)/ 296/ 3(5)/ 303(2)/ 329(2)/351(3)/74 of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instruction from the petitioners, submits that except the present bail application, no other bail application of the petitioners is pending in any other Court relating to the aforesaid F.I.R. 4. Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that although there is allegation of assault, but as per his instruction, he submits that the injuries are not serious in nature. 5. Regard being had to the nature of allegation against the petitioners and taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, although I am not inclined to allow the present bail application, however, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court on or before 15.05.2026 and move regular bail application. If such bail application is filed by the petitioners before the trial Court, the petitioners shall be released on bail, subject to verification of the criminal antecedents and the gravity of the injuries sustained by the informant. 6.
