Vivek Singh Thakur, Judge Under instructions, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the competent authority through concerned Mining Officer for seeking fresh permission for conducting their business for operating their sale depot/Stockyard under the Himachal Pradesh Minor Mineral Concession and Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2015 and other relevant law as applicable. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes

2. Accepting the prayer of the petitioners, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach appropriate Competent Authority alongwith requisite documents and necessary formalities through Mining Officer concerned with further direction that in case of approaching by the petitioners, Mining Officer shall decide/forward the said application to the competent authority within seven days after receipt thereof and competent authority shall take appropriate decision thereon within four weeks thereafter. Pending applications also stand disposed of in aforesaid terms.
