Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of the case relate to alleged recovery of 100 bottles of Phensedyl. However, the petitioner has been arrested on the basis of statement of co-accused. Charge sheet has been submitted, as such the petitioner may be granted bail.
Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are 3 antecedents of the present petitioner.

Having considered that the petitioner is in custody for more than 7 months and the fact that date has been fixed for consideration of charges, I direct the learned Trial Court to release the petitioner on bail after the charges are framed by the learned Trial Court.
With the aforesaid observations CRM (NDPS) 566 of 2026 is disposed of.
All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
