The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Telaiya PS Case No.62 of 2025, for offence registered under section 272, 274, 275, 292, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 47(a)(f) of Jharkhand Excise Act, pending before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations are made of recovery of 2000 mahua liquor which was kept in 4 jerkins of 500 litres from the field situated in front of the house of Ramu Yadav and the name of the petitioner has come only on suspicion and the name of the person who has taken the name of the petitioner is not there in the FIR and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.11 of the petition.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on suspicion.

Considering that Ramu Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.2917 of 2025 and another person has also been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.5514 of 2025 and ABA No.4454 of 2025 and in view of the fact that the name of the person who has taken the name of the petitioner his name has not been disclosed in the FIR, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper.
6. A.B.A. No.1922 of 2026 is disposed of.
