1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records from the possession of concerned respondent for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct to the Respondent No. 2 to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Part Time Sweeper at his earlier place of posting. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioners.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Part Time Sweeper at Government Primary/ Middle School Chouha, Block Masturi, District Bilaspur on
21.4.2011. He would contend that the services of the petitioner were discontinued by respondent No.2 by an oral order on 30.4.2022. He would contend that a representation was moved by the petitioner before respondent No.2 on 2.5.2022 but till date, it has not been considered and decided. He would submit that a direction may be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would oppose.

5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated
3 2.5.2022, expeditiously and preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid observation(s), this petition is disposed of. Sd/-
