The chargesheet is already filed, a copy of which is at Annexure-2. Recorded the submission of Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners. It is submitted that the alleged incident took place with the involvement of a group of 500 men obstructing a public road connecting to an Ashram with such other mischief committed by them. It is claimed for the self-same incident, some of the petitioners were arrested and remanded. In so far as, the co- accused persons are concerned, some of them are also released on bail pursuant to this Court’s order. The alleged incident is of the year 2015. The Court finds that there was a large mob, which allegedly blocked a public road and shouted slogans against a local ashram and as a result, the mischief was committed, hence, for that, the local PS lodged the FIR i.e. Annexure-1. Since, the alleged occurrence is more than 10 years old and in the meantime, there is chargesheet filed long back in the year 2016 and the petitioners have been summoned by the learned court below as made to reveal from Annexure-4, this Court though not in favour of considering their plea of pre- arrest bail but is inclined to direct them to respond to the same and to go on bail with conditions. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioners appear before the court of learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar within fortnight from today, it is directed that they shall be released on bail in connection with G.R.
