Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submitted that although, pursuant to notification dated 06.10.2023 issued by the Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan, the petitioner is entitled for benefit of MACP in pay level-14, yet for no cogent reasons, such benefits have not been granted to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied, in case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a representation in the light of above notification dated 06.10.2023 for seeking redressal of his grievances.

In view of the limited prayer extended by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the Competent Authority, who shall consider and decide the representation by speaking order strictly in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
