23.07.2026 extending the period of remand up to 240 days from the day the Petitioner was remanded to judicial custody for the first time. 2. Thoughtful consideration is bestowed on the arguments advanced by the learned Counsel for both sides. I have perused the entire record. 3. Now the point for consideration is:
“Whether the order in Crl.M.P.No.593/2026 dated 23.07.2026, passed by the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, is correct, legal, and proper with respect to its finding or judgment, and there are any material irregularities? And to what relief?”
4. As seen from the record on 171th day of the judicial custody of the Petitioner remand extension petition was filed before the learned Trial Court on 16.07.2026. The impugned order reflects that at the time of extension of the remand the Petitioner was produced virtually. 5. However, considering the medical emergency of the Petitioner as he has been suffering from chronic hypertension and a huge umbilical hernia, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed, the impugned order dated 23.07.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.593 of 2026 in Cr.No.01 of 2026 of Sileru Police Sation, on the file fo the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under the NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, is set aside. 6.
The Criminal Revision Case is allowed with the following conditions: i. The Petitioner/Accused No.3 shall be enlarged on bail subject to he executing a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties each for
