THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE KIRANMAYEE MANDAVA WRIT PETITION NO: 10821 OF 2026 The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Animal Husbandry appearing for the respondents. 2. Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not releasing the admitted sums of Rs.11,03,292/- due to the petitioner, in terms of the agreement entered into with the respondents the instant writ petition has been filed. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Animal Husbandry appearing for the respondents has placed before the Court a copy of instructions received by him in the case. From the same it reflects that the respondents have admitted that an amount of Rs.11,03,292/- as due and payable by the 6th respondent to the petitioner. However, as the RIDF–XXIII tranche was closed on 31.12.2023 Therefore,the final bill of Rs.11,03,292/- payable to the petitioner, was not paid. 4. Having regard to the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the respondents to release the amounts that are due to the petitioner within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of the order. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 4
