Mr. Apoorv Kurup, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent nos. 1-3, at the outset, submits that they have not violated the directions of the learned Arbitrator and have not in any manner sought to restrain the Petitioner from entering into the premises. 7. Notwithstanding, he proposes to undertake that they will not in any manner seek to restrain either the Petitioner or newly impleaded Respondent No. 4. 8. Since learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent nos. 1-3, on instructions, gives his categoric undertaking that there will be no interference with the enjoyment of the said property by either the Petitioner or newly impleaded Respondent no. 4, nothing further survives in the present Petition to adjudicate. 9.
