There was no cause, let alone sufficient cause, shown by the Petitioner for filing the Revision Case with enormous delay of 448 days. Therefore, I.A.No.2 of 2026 is dismissed. In view of dismissal of I.A.No.2 of 2026, the Criminal Revision Case is also dismissed, as the delay is not condoned. There shall be no order as to costs.
