The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records of the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set aside the notice dated 04.8.2025 (Annexure P-1) & 23.9.2025 (Annxexure P-2) & notice dated 23.06.2021 passed by respondent no.6 (Annexure P-3) recovery of excess payment of Rs 3,34,646 as mentioned in the show Cause notice dated 20.03.2025 (Annexure P-10). 10.3 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to provide the third increment in view of the order dated 10.03.2017 passed by the respondent no 2. 10.4 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to provide the petitioner his retrial dues as well as his pension calculating his salary from the date of actual appointment dated 1.11.1985 as provided to similar situated person namely Shivbhajn 10.5 Any other relief may also be granted to the Petitioner which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in facts and circumstances of the case..” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 3.
