Counter affidavit has been filed by respondent No.5 inter-alia submitting that the detenu was arrested in connection with the Crime No.104 of 2026 of Vinukonda Police Station on 14.05.2026 and produced before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Vinukonda on the same day. 3. Sri J.Krishna Praneeth, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that subsequently, the detenu has been released. 4. Inspite of time being granted to the petitioner, rejoinder affidavit has not been filed. Today also learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. 5. In view of the contents of the counter affidavit particularly at para-6 as also the submission made that the detenu has been released, we are of the view that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 6. The writ petition is dismissed.
