At the outset, it is to be pointed out that though the correct crime number in this case is Crime No.125 of 2023, it has been wrongly stated in the prayer as Crime No.25 of 2023. Hence, this Court has corrected the crime number in the prayer as well as in the preceding paragraphs to read as Crime No.125 of 2023. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.125 of 2023 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
