Anandan For Respondent(s): Mr.C.Jayaprakash Govt Advocate For Respondent https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 7229 of 2026 ORDER This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and sub divide the lands, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and for issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner, based on the petitioner’s online applications dated 05.11.2025 and 07.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the properties, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. He has submitted online applications on 05.11.2025 and 07.11.2025 to the respondents seeking for survey and demarcation and issuance of separate patta in his name. Since the same have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr. C.
