This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order dated 27.03.2025 passed by the [2026:RJ-JP:20421] (2 of 2) [CCP-1373/2025] Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1808/2025. 3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that reply to the contempt petition has been filed in which, it has been stated that compliance of order dated 27.03.2025 has already been made by the respondents and necessary EWS certificate has been issued to the petitioner on 10.12.2025. 4. Copy of the EWS certificate has also been enclosed as Annexure-R/1 along with the reply to the contempt petition. 5. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents on the basis of reply to the contempt petition, this contempt petition is hereby dismissed. 6. Notices stand discharged. 7.
