(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.304 of 2024, under Sections 3/4/5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and Section 370 IPC, Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. She has sought her release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is the fourth bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1385 of 2024, was rejected on 15.10.2024. The second bail application, being BA2 No.118 of 2025, was rejected on 20.05.2025. The third bail application, being BA3 No.65 of 2025, was dismissed as withdrawn on 19.03.2026. 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail.
