He has made a request for demarcation of the land by submitting a representation dated 12th January, 2026 and has now approached this Court seeking a mandamus to the State to take action on his representation. 3. Counsel for GNCTD, places reliance on list of urbanised villages and submits that Madanpur Khadar is now urbanised and therefore the request made by the Petitioner cannot be entertained.
