Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. 10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records of the case from the respondents. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent's authorities to take necessary steps Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No. 4 to pay arrears at the rate of Rs. 2000/- per day for full-day duties performed. 10.3 In alternative, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent's authorities to decide the representation submitted by the petitioners in a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon' ble Court. 10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper according to the facts and circumstances of the case along with the cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to advertisement issued by respondent No.4, petitioner submitted an application and was appointed as Guest Lecturer (Law) vide order dated 13.8.2024 for academic session 2024-25. Petitioner has performed other duties also, assigned to him as mentioned in appointment order apart from lecture delivered by him in classroom. Petitioner thereby has worked for whole day in the college, however, he was given honorarium of Rs.400/- per day only instead of Rs.2,000/- per day. Petitioner has also submitted representation before respondent No.4, however, till date, representation has not been 3 / 3 considered and decided and therefore respondent No.4 be directed to take decision on pending representation. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties in particular the claim as raised in this writ petition, which is also pending consideration before respondent No.4, without entering into merit of case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to take decision on representation dated 14.02.2025 submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
