Baruah, J) Heard Mr. Imti Imsong, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Medo Vero, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, who were the petitioners in WP(C) No. 263/2023 and WP(C) No. 264/2023. 2. We have duly perused the grounds of delay, as mentioned in paragraph No. 6 of the instant application, and are of the opinion that they constitute sufficient cause for condonation of the delay in filing the accompanying Appeal. 3. Accordingly, we condone the delay of 76 days in preferring the accompanying Appeal against the order dated 19.11.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.263/2023 and WP(C) No. 264/2023. 4.
