1. The petitioners have filed these petitions seeking the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That the Hon’ble Court be pleased to call for the entire records in connection of the petitioners’ cases. 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court be further pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to grant gratuity and pension amount to the petitioners as per Circular dated 24.05.2018 (Ann. P/6 & Ann. P/3 in respective petitions) within stipulated period. 10.3 Any other order that the Hon’ble Court deems fit and necessary in the circumstances of the case be also passed. 10.4 That the cost of the petitions be also awarded to the petitioners.”

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that gratuity amount has already been paid to the petitioners and thus, these petitions have become infructuous.
