Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since July, 2025 and has been implicated for alleged recovery of 96 kgs of ganja. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. In view of the rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act being attracted, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 493 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
