It appears that in pursuance to the interim order the petitioner was permitted to carry out the work and Mr. S.S. Chauhan, counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3 states that 30% of the work has already been completed. Thus, according to him, the department does not intend to enforce the order under challenge and shall permit the petitioner to complete the work. 1
