In this writ petition, the petitioner sought for the following reliefs: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10333 WP No. 1349 of 2026 a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the resolution dated 06-03-2025 passed by the respondent Panchayath at ANNEXURE-E and the consequential suspension order bearing No. DuGP/CR/71/2024-25 dated 06-03-2025, issued by the President of Dulapalli Grama Panchayath, at ANNEXURE-F placing the petitioner under suspension from the post of Data Entry Operator; b) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the order vide bearing No.ZPK/CEO/NyaMaePra Number:04/2024- 2025 dated 20-08-2025 passed by the 2nd respondent- Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Panchayath, Kolar, at ANNEXURE-J in exercise of powers under Section 113(4) of the Karnataka Grama Swaraj and Panchayat Raj Act, 1993, dismissing the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner; c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to forthwith revoke the suspension of the petitioner and permit her to resume duties as Data Entry Operator, with all consequential service and monetary benefits, including continuity of service by considering the petitioner representation dated 08-09-2025, 13-10-2025, and 04- 11-2025 at ANNEXURE-K, K1, and K2 respectively. d) Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity, including costs of this writ petition. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent event, the relief sought in this writ petition does not survive for consideration.
