The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita with the following prayers :- “It is therefore, prayed that FIR dated 19/06/2019 CRIME No./193/2019 offence u/s 498(A) IPC and Charge Sheet Annexure C/1, Ann. C/2 and the impugned order dated 09/10/2025 Annexure C/3 ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA Digitally signed by ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA 2 passed by the JMFC Bilhas Bilaspur may kindly be set aside for ends of justice.” 2. Mr. Sourabh Sahu, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State/respondent has pointed out that the prayer sought for by the petitioners is defective one as they have not challenged the date of order taking cognizance. 3. In view of the same, the instant petition is dismissed on this ground alone with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh petition with appropriate prayer.
