The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents with respect to payment of death benefits and sanction of monthly pension to the Petitioner on account of death of her husband, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The issue raised in the present Writ Petition needs to be urged before the Central Administrative Tribunal. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the Petitioner to raise the issue before the Central Administrative Tribunal. There shall be no order as to costs.
