The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chhattarpur PS Case No.191 of 2025, for offence registered under section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 329(4), 115(2), 118, 109(1), 352, 351(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and the altercation took place due to land dispute. He next submits that both the sides have received the injury. He next submits that there are general and omnibus allegations of assault against all the accused persons. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations of assault are there and the injury has been received. 5. Eight persons have been made accused and there are general and omnibus allegations of assault and it has been pointed 2026:JHHC:12022 2 A.B.A. No. 1921 of 2026 out that there are case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner has also lodged the case for the injury received by the petitioner, i.e., Chhattarpur P.S. Case No.192 of 2025 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.16 of the petition, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
