ORDER:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10812 of 2025. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10812 of 2025 and passed speaking order/proceedings. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner requested to grant liberty to challenge the speaking order/proceedings passed by the respondents.
Considering the said submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the speaking order/proceedings passed by the respondents by initiating appropriate proceedings. No order as to costs.
