By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:- “i) That the office order dated 06.03.2026 may kindly be quashed and respondent may kindly be directed to re-instate the service of the petitioner and retired the petitioner only after having completed the age of 60 years, i.e. 31.03.2028 as per the judgment dated 28.05.2024, Annexure P-4, passed by this Hon'ble Court In 2274 of 2021, Satya Devi Versus State of H.P. and others and other connected matter.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. In light of the fact that the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as agreed, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall abide by the final judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Satya Devi’s case.
