By the said order, the Court has issued notice to the unserved respondents and while inviting counter affidavit from the respondents has fixed 30.06.2026 as the next date. 3. Shri Shohbhit Saharia, learned counsel for the appellant very fairly states that since the writ court has already fixed 30.06.2026 as the date for hearing the writ petition, therefore, he is not pressing the appeal. 4.
