Nearly six years have elapsed, but no notice has been served on Respondent Nos.1 to 3. Even after the case was posted under the caption “For Dismissal”, there is no representation for the Petitioner. Indeed, there was no representation for the Petitioner on the last occasion as well as on several earlier occasions. It appears that the Petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the revision case. 3. Therefore, I.A.No.1 of 2020 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the Criminal Revision Case is also dismissed. 4. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take necessary follow-up steps.
