1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records as it relates to the case of the petitioner and to declare direction No. 5 dated 06.07.2018 (Annexure P/3) as well as (Annexure P/5) as unlawful and Non est. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court Pass Appropriate Writ of mandamus to the respondent authorities to consider the inter se seniority of the petitioner and other lecturer(LB) after samvilian on the basis of date of initial appointment/joining on the post of Lecturer/Sikshakarmi (Varg-I) as in the case of Absorption and further to direct the respondents to prepare a fresh gradation list for the post of Lecturer(LB) in accordance with the seniority of the petitioner in accordance with their first date of appointment as done in the case of other Lecturers and further to consider them for promotion on the post of Principal accordingly. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is aggrieved with the wrong fixation of her seniority in service for which he will submit a fresh representation before the respondents No.1 & 2 and direction be issued to the concerned
3 authority to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner at the earliest within a specific time period. 3. Counsel for the respondent-State submits that he has no objection to the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration of submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of, permitting petitioner to submit a fresh comprehensive representation before respondents No.1 & 2 and in the event, such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, the respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to consider and take decision on the said representation in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 2 months from the date of receipt/production of a certified copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands finally disposed of. Sd/-
